Smoking in Public Restaurants

I have to say that I disagree with the new laws banning smoking in public restaurants. They have always been split into sections and all of the sudden it doesnt work. Kinda funny. I do smoke but am trying to quit. I just think that people should have the right to make their own decisions. Dont give me that second hand crap...get up and move or ask the smoker to move cause Im sure it wont be the first time that smokers been asked...OR FORCED...to move. This is just my opinion so dont think I was going off on a rant, but if you want to see some funny footage on this topic then just go to you tube and look up dennis miller live on smoking...hope you can handle the language...or is that gonna kill you too:)
